This week, lecture was about K-economy, Management and Change Management. For successful business with three elements: time, money and people K-economy need less people and time and will give more money.
She talked about Apple and Samsung Company, the interesting thing in this part for me was drop off of apple after Steve Jobs death from the market and Samsung could increase the sale of its products. She said Steve jobs was not a good manager and couldn’t use knowledge sharing in his company and I think is really true now I know what is Knowledge management and how important it is.
